All our housekeepers are trained fantastic  professionals. If for any reason you are not happy with your regular cleaner then please send an email or call us and we will change your cleaner for you! We are an agency and we have a large pool of cleaners for you to choose from.

We do send between one to two cleaners for up to 4 bedrooms home cleaning.

For the safety of our clients and staff, we do not  clean the following:
1. Human or pet excretion (bodily fluids)
2. Outside windows
3. Garage interiors
4. Cleaning requiring more than a step stool height.
5.  heavy lifting required cleaning
6. Vermin infested area
 
NOTE: WE REQUIRE $500 COMPENSATION AS PENALTY FOR DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR IF EXPOSED TO THE ABOVE LIST.
Yes, we provide all cleaning products that are needed. However, If you would like a specific cleaning products Eg. Green products, we’re happy to use any products you supply to clean your home.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties.

We are a pet friendly company. Feel free to let us know your pet’s name in the booking notes so your cleaner can greet them when they arrive. If they are not friendly pets, please keep them away for the safety of our housekeepers.

Free Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel, rebook, or modify your booking please get in touch before 24 hours of your booking date to cancel for free. Notice less than 24 hours notice will attract a $50% cancellation fee.

Additionally, If we cannot enter your home, we will use every method available to contact you. However, there is a 100% penalty of your estimated cost that will be charged if we cannot reach you or access your home.
